Invitations To Bid and Requests For Proposals.
Interested suppliers are also provided a means to obtain
copies of the available documents. While at the

options available to determine what may most effectively
suit your business.

Additionally, Invitations to Bid (ITB) and Requests
for Proposal (RFP) for all commodities, goods, and
services over $25,000 are advertised locally in the
Legal Advertisement Section of the Financial News &
Daily Record, posted in Purchasing Services, and
stated on our Bid Hotline at (904) 858-4843. All bids
and proposals submitted must be received sealed and
time-stamped at the Purchasing Services Department/4880
Bulls Bay Highway/Jacksonville FL 32219 prior to 2:00
p.m. on the date due, unless the solicitation states
otherwise.

As a prospective supplier,
participation in the DemandStar.com/Onvia network is not
a mandatory requirement for doing business with Duval
County Public Schools. Non-members may download
