Information about the Westland-Hallmark Beef Recall
On February 4, Duval County Public Schools was notified to put beef from one of our distributors on hold, and it was isolated from other food products and not distributed to our schools.
On February 18, the USDA issued a recall and all beef products from this distributor are currently being destroyed.
Please be aware that we have no raw beef products. All of our beef products have been previously cooked so there is limited likelihood of cross-contamination of product.
