Duval County Public Schools is a member of the National Preferred Employer Program (NPEP). As a result, employees are eligible to enjoy substantial discounts when they sign a new lease through NPEP. To use your discount, simply determine what qualified communities interest you most and contact them directly. Listings are updated monthly and can be obtained by: visiting the NPEP website at www.npep.com or calling 1-877-629-6082 or sending an email to info@npep.com

Make sure to mention your employer is a member of NPEP when you call the apartment community and print out a copy of the listing from our Website when you make your visit. You are eligible to receive the discount listed by the individual community.
